There is an active news group (comp.lang.forth) discussing Forth (including Gforth) and Forth-related issues. Its FAQs (frequently asked questions and their answers) contains a lot of information on Forth. You should read it before posting to comp.lang.forth.
Usenet (including comp.lang.forth) has lost a lot of popularity since its heyday in the 1990s, but the result has been a scattering of people across a variety of places in the web, including stackoverflow and github, without any dominant place, and we have not kept track.
The Forth standard is most usable in its HTML form.
